Global Undergraduate Exchange Program: Students of Psychology

We are proud to announce the success stories of our two outstanding students, Ayesha Liaqat and Hajira Baig, studying BS Psychology, who have been selected as principal candidates to participate in the spring 2018 U.S. Government-funded Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD).

ailiaqathajbaigAyesha Liaqat has been placed at Wagner College, New York and Hajira Baig has been placed at University of Mississippi, Mississippi as cultural ambassadors of Pakistan. They will study an entire semester at their respective placement universities. They wish to depict a positive image of Pakistan and make their parents and university proud by performing really well as Cultural Ambassadors.

They are among the 117 Pakistani undergraduate students have been selected from a total of 9000 students through a competitive and merit based selection process to study an entire semester at American universities. The participants are selected on the basis of strong leadership qualities, community services and strong academic and extra-curricular records. The participants are selected from across Pakistan and represent a broad range of academic fields, including the humanities, engineering, business administration, and sciences.
